Sound familiar?
The draft is done. The review, corrections, and judgment calls still land on your desk.
AI gets the structure right, but the copy sounds generic, misses your positioning, or makes a claim you can’t stand behind. You end up rewriting it.
A lead gets the wrong label. An existing customer enters a prospect journey. You keep checking the logic because a small mistake can reach a lot of people.
Drafts pile up in inboxes and chat threads. Nobody is sure who needs to decide, what they’re checking, or whether the latest version is approved.
AI produces more, but every output still needs your attention. You’ve become the final reviewer for content, exceptions, and decisions across the team.
Case Study
A human review loop for AI-assisted LinkedIn content.
A company operating across multiple countries wanted to grow its LinkedIn presence. It equipped local marketing teams with an AI content agent to create and refine posts at scale. The agent performed well, but some drafts drifted from the brand guidelines, tone of voice, and positioning.
TrackFunnels became the human review step before publication. We review original drafts alongside AI revisions, catch errors and brand inconsistencies, and give writers specific feedback to refine their prompts and make the content sound more human.
The approach: Human judgment before posts go live, with feedback that helps local teams improve their next draft.

How it works
Review the inputs, connected tools, decisions, and current failure points.
Agree which actions can proceed and which need a named reviewer.
Implement validation, approvals, alerts, and a record of reviewed decisions.
Assess review effort, exceptions, and data quality against the starting point.
Your first step
Start with a focused pilot around a workflow your team already uses or is preparing to launch.
We agree the scope, review responsibilities, and success criteria before implementation.
One workflow · Up to three connected systems
Ongoing oversight can include exception reviews, quality reports, and workflow improvements. Review volume and response times are scoped separately.

Specialist-led, from the first conversation
I work where marketing, engineering, and data meet.
My work at TrackFunnels focuses on making measurement understandable, data flows reliable, and marketing systems easier to operate across teams.
Human in the Loop brings that same approach to AI workflows: clear checks, practical ownership, and a setup your team can understand.

Before we start
We agree this during scoping. TrackFunnels can review technical exceptions and data quality. Your team owns decisions requiring internal commercial or product knowledge. Each review point has a named owner.
Each workflow gets defined review rules. Routine actions that meet the agreed checks can proceed automatically. Exceptions and selected high-impact decisions go to a reviewer.
We assess your current tools, integrations, and access requirements during the initial conversation, then confirm the supported scope. The pilot focuses on one workflow and up to three connected systems.
It covers a scoped four-week pilot: assessment, review rules, implementation, testing, documentation, and handover. The final quote depends on workflow complexity and review volume. Software subscriptions, taxes, larger integrations, and ongoing oversight are additional.
We agree success criteria at the start, such as less time spent checking records, more consistent classification, or clearer handling of exceptions. The final review compares the results with that baseline.
Your team receives documentation and a handover. If ongoing support is useful, we agree a separate scope covering review volume, response times, and improvements.
